Susan Christian, DVM

Veterinarian, Surgeon

Dr. Christian's Bio

Dr. Christian has been with the Marina Animal clinic since 1994. Her areas of interest are performing surgeries, performing new kitten and puppy exams, and educating first-time pet owners. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, gardening, fishing, playing handbells for her church, and competing at Rally Obedience and Agility trials. Dr. Christian has several pets including Nova an English Mastiff, Hazelnut a French bulldog, Pearl an English Bulldog, Cocoa a French Bulldog mix, Frog a cat, and Rio a Mexican Red Head Parrot.

April York, DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. York's Bio

Dr. York has been with Marina Animal Clinic since 2004. Her areas of interest are being able to help prevent diseases and seeing others recover and go home happy and healthy. She enjoys spending time with her family and watching her children during their activities, as well as participating in CrossFit and running. Dr. York has several pets including Lizzy a Boston Terrier, June Bug a Boston Terrier, Chuy a Labrador Retriever, Fred and Coco her horses, and her cats Milo and Peanut.

Steven Slusher, DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. Slusher's Bio

Dr. Slusher has been with Marina Animal Clinic since 2007. His interests are complicated and challenging cases that are not often seen in veterinary medicine. Dr. Slusher currently does not have any pet’s at home as he and his wife travel often. Away from work, he enjoys exercise, shooting, boating, fishing, and traveling.

Chrystal Gregg, DVM

Veterinarian, Surgeon, Ultrasound Certified

Dr. Gregg's Bio

Dr. Gregg has been with Marina Animal Clinic since 2014. Her interests are performing surgery, dentistry, and pain management. Dr. Gregg has four cats; they include Mister a Manx, Loki a Manx, Miss Miss a Manx, and Cruella an Exotic Shorthair. She also has a rabbit named Fiver. She enjoys reading and traveling.

Nicole Mason, DVM

Veterinarian, Ultrasound Certified

Dr. Mason's Bio

Dr. Mason has been with Marina Animal Clinic since 2014. Her interests include internal medicine cases and ultrasound. She has several pets that include Baxter, a Boston Terrier, her two cats Cricked and Shadow, and her horse Debut that lives with her parents in Kansas. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, running, and participating in triathlons.

Pippa Simmons, DVM

Veterinarian, Surgeon, Ultrasound Certified

Dr. Simmon's Bio

Dr. Simmons joined Marina Animal Clinic in 2017. Her interests include dermatology and ultrasound. She enjoys being able to provide relief for the itchy and uncomfortable patient and give peace of mind to worried pet parent. She has several pets including Lee, a Boston Terrier mix, Joe a Rottweiler mix, Maximus, a German Shepherd mix, and her three cats Monica Poly, and Agnes. In her free time, she enjoys traveling around Oklahoma.

Lou Anne Wolfe, DVM

Veterinarian, Surgeon

Dr. Wolfe's Bio

Dr. Wolfe came back to Marina Animal Clinic in 2019. She originally started here in 2000 and left in 2004 to peruse other career opportunities, but could not stay away and returned here to her family. She stated that she was “so happy to be back and that she feels like she has returned home.” Her interests are surgery and porcine medicine. Dr. Wolfe has multiple dogs including Callie the Chinese Pug, Dallas an English Bulldog, Franklin a Chinese Pug, Garrett a Boxer, Gus a French Bulldog, Rowdy an English Bulldog, and Speedy a Dachshund. She has variety of other pets including pigs, horses, and Bernice the cat. She enjoys horseback riding and fishing.

Mariann Haggerty

Office Manager

Mariann's Bio

Mariann joined Marina Animal Clinic in 1991. She became the full time Practice Manager in 2004. She has worked in every aspect of the hospital including working in the kennels, customer service, and veterinary assisting. Mariann created a management team and made changes to the hospital both internally and externally to improve the hospital, staffing, and client relations. She is proud of the legacy left behind by Dr. Baldwin and her husband Dr. Haggerty. She loves everything that Marina Animal Clinic represents and she strives to make pet care affordable to our clients.

She is known for her ability to handle fractious cats, no matter the circumstance. The most fulfilling part of her job is to know that we have made a difference in the lives of pets and their owners since 1979. She has multiple pets including Leennkynn a Great Dane, Jynnttrree an English Mastiff, Raynnee a Yorkshire Terrier, Trynnittee an English Bulldog, Gremlin a cat, and several horses and goats. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her pets, riding her horses, riding her Harley, driving her Camaro, and relaxing.


Heather Potter, RVT

Manager, HR, Registered Veterinary Technician

Heather's Bio

Heather joined Marina Animal Clinic in 1995. She has been in the field for 27 years and is currently working on her bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Technology. Her interests include therapeutics and rehabilitation, emergency and critical care, phlebotomy, and pain management. She is known for her ability to collect blood and place IV catheters on the most critical of patients. She has several pets including her dog Mavis, a Mexican Hairless, Mooshee, an Exotic Shorthair, Monster, a Nebelung, Willard aka Maximus a Sphynx, and Bambino aka Armadillo a Bambino Sphynx. She enjoys spending time with family, taking care of her pets, going to her son’s wrestling matches and travel baseball games, traveling, theme parks, real estate, cars, going to the lake, and spending time with and spoiling her three grandchildren.


Jennifer Randolph

Jennifer's Bio

Jennifer joined Marina Animal Clinic in 2005. Currently, she is enrolled in the Penn Foster Veterinary Technology program and is studying to become a registered veterinary technician. She loves taking care of her patients and providing nursing care to our surgery and hospitalized patients. Jennifer has multiple pets including Banana the cat, Scooby a Pitbull mix, Pika a Pitbull mix, and her two rats Hades and Jack. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching the Dallas Cowboys play, crocheting, camping, traveling, and off-roading in her Jeep.

Marcella Ostapowich

Marcella's Bio

Marcella joined the Marina Animal Clinic in 2007. She was a customer service representative for many years and has since retired. Her favorite part of the day was greeting all the clients and patients. She now takes care of our clients by sending out monthly reminders for their pets. Marcella has one dog, Lucy a Chihuahua who she loves very much. She enjoys cooking, especially for our staff who appreciates it so much, spending time with Lucy, and spending time with her family.

Veterinarian Assistant, Veterinary Technician Student

Theresa's Bio

Theresa joined Marina Animal Clinic in 2001. She is currently enrolled in the Penn Foster Veterinary Technology program and is studying to become a registered veterinary technician. Her interests are taking care of hospitalized patients, placing IV catheters, taking radiographs, and assisting in Cesarean Sections. She is a natural at phlebotomy and is an asset to our hospital. Theresa has multiple pets including Gabby a Miniature Poodle, Gracie an Australian Shepherd, Faith a Chihuahua, and her two cats Tommy Boy and Stormy. She enjoys watching movies during her spare time.

Lacy's Bio

Lacy joined Marina Animal Clinic in 2014. She is enrolled in the Penn Foster Veterinary Technology program and is studying to become a registered veterinary technician. Her interests are our feline patients, including preventative, surgical, and critical care. She enjoys assisting the veterinarian and nursing care of all patients. Lacy has one cat, Vader. She enjoys spending time with her daughter and hiking.

Letti's Bio

Letti joined the Marina Animal Clinic in 2019. She is currently enrolled in the Penn Foster Veterinary Technology program and is studying to become a registered veterinary technician. Her interests are assisting in surgery, dentistry, and emergency and critical care. Letti likes meeting and taking care of all the patients that come into the hospital. She has a Holly a Pitbull mix and a cat, Kofi. In her spare she enjoys spending time with her husband, hiking, and painting.

Stephanie's Bio

Stephanie joined Marina Animal Clinic in 2019. Her interests are taking care of all the patients that come through the door each day. She has one dog, Maggie a Boxer mix, a Ball Python named Izzy, Scooby a rabbit, and her two cats Toulouse and Rehab. Stephanie enjoys binge watching television and spending time with friends and family.

Kenzie joined Marina Animal Clinic in 2020. She is enrolled in the Penn Foster veterinary technology program and is studying to become a registered veterinary technician. Her interests are radiology and assisting with the variety of cases that we see each day. She has a dog named Luna an Australian Shepherd and Welsh Corgi mix and horses. She enjoys spending time with her son, working with horses, spending time with her pets, barrel racing, camping, and hunting.

Lenny's Bio

Lenny joined the Marina Animal Clinic in 2019. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Technology in 2014. Her interests are all aspects of dentistry. She takes care of the maintenance on all our dental equipment. Lenny has one dog, a Papillion and Pomeranian mix named Rockytron. She enjoys drawing, writing, and playing the cello.

Alicia's Bio

Alicia joined the Marina Animal Clinic in 2020. She is currently enrolled in the Penn Foster Veterinary Technician program and is studying to become a registered veterinary technician. Her interests are assisting in surgery, monitoring anesthetized patients, and recovering patients post operatively. She has two cats, Pepper and Frostbite. Autumn joined Marina Animal Clinic in 2018. Her interests are taking care of critical care patients. She has multiple dogs, Santiago a Pitbull, Smash a Black Mouth Cur, King a Labrador Retriever, Hustle a Pitbull, Cow a Blue Heeler Mix, Buck a Labrador Retriever, and Berlin a Doberman Pinscher. She lives on a farm and enjoys taking care of all of her farm animals. In her spare time she enjoys barrel racing and working on cars.

Monica joined Marina Animal Clinic in 2020. She recently graduated from Tulsa Community College Veterinary Technology Program and is awaiting to take her national board exam to become a registered veterinary technician. Monica’s interest are assisting in surgery, anesthesia, and nursing care of hour surgery and hospitalized patients. Her four dogs are her heart and they include Rocky an English Bulldog, Archie a Boxer, Queen a Siberian Husky, and Rex a Chihuahua. She enjoys watching television and spending time with her dogs at the park.

Kimalynn's Bio

Kimalynn joined Marina Animal Clinic in 2020. She is one of the first people you see when bringing your pet here to the hospital. Seeing all of the pets coming in each day and getting to know them is what makes her heart full. She greets our clients and pets, checks our patients in for surgery and to see the veterinarian, and answers the phone. She has one dog named Oak a Doberman. Kimalynn enjoys camping, gardening, fishing, and making jam.

Martin joined Marina Animal Clinic in 2020. He enjoys furthering his knowledge in the veterinary field and learning new things every day. Clarissa joined Marina Animal Clinic in 2015. Her interests are taking care of all the patients that are hospitalized and especially taking care of newborn puppies. Clarrisa also enjoys working with her coworkers as they are like family to her. She has two dogs, Sunny a Labrador Retriever and Dobby a Chihuahua. In her spare time, she likes writing, drawing, crafts, video games, and binge-watching television.

Jesse joined Marina Animal Clinic in 2014. His interests are taking care of all of the patients that come in especially the Rottweilers. He takes care of hospital maintenance and the grounds where we exercise our patients. Paola's Bio

Paola joined Marina Animal Clinic in 2021. She takes care of our surgery and hospitalized patients. Her favorite part is taking care of all of their need while here in the hospital and exercising the dogs. Paolo enjoys being part of a team and working closely with her coworkers to help pets to feel better. She has several Pomeranians; Baby, Chicken, Mateo, and Bonnie, as well as two Siberian Huskies Misty and Menace. In her free time she enjoys listening to music, eating at new restaurants, and cruising.

Jesus's Bio

Jesus joined Marina Animal Clinic in 2021. He likes helping the Hispanic community by translating. This allows the doctor to receive accurate and important information pertaining to their pet. Jesus has one dog, Ralph a Welsh Corgi mix. In his spare time, he enjoys going to the movies, hiking, swimming, boating, and working on cars. He is currently in school for premed and is studying to become a physician.

Aaron joined Marina Animal Clinic in 2020. Aaron joined Marina Animal Clinic in 2020. He likes to work with challenging patients. These are patients that are fearful, have anxiety, are fractious, and even previously abused. Being able to calm their fears and getting their trust is very rewarding for him. Aaron has three pets including Nala a Chihuahua mix, Xica, a Chihuahua mix, and Berlioz a cat. During his free time he enjoys reading, playing video games, and enjoying the outdoors.

Deana joined Marina Animal Clinic in 2021. She loves taking care of our surgical and hospitalized patients. Keeping the clean and comfortable is very rewarding to her. Deana has several pets including Granite a Chihuahua and Dachshund mix and Deagle a Beagle and Chihuahua mix, Baby and Truffle her two rats, and several fish. When she is not working she likes playing video games and spending time with her pets.
